jennelson1984 ,I cooked the chicken on high for 5 hours and it was perfectly done. Used Cajun spice instead of season salt. Pretty tasty9y
hotdoxy ,I will make this again, however I will cut the cooking time in half. My chicken came out way too dry despite being over twice as big as called for in the recipe.10y
jandole ,this was ok..didn't really "taste" like store bought rotisserie but the flavor was good! Took others advice and stuck in 400 degree oven for about 10/15 mins to brown up...10y
wardcomm ,Made this before & everyone loved it. Leftovers were great for the chicken salad. Making it again today for New Years Eve dinner!!!11y
beaky5678 ,This works perfectly! Used foil balls and larger chicken so cooked on high for 6hrs. Meeting was very juicy and I even managed to make gravy from the juices.11y
bugstwogo ,I made this tonight and it was absolutely fabulous. It feel apart as I was taking it out of the crockpot. I followed the instructions exactly.11y
suzcap ,So eases and so good. The chicken fell apart. No carving necessary. My kids did not use any dipping sauce, barBQ, ranch, honey, nothing. Loved it, every bite. Made it exactly as directed.12y
jenpalombi ,Perfect chicken. I sprinkled it VERY generously with seasoning salt and it was quite flavorful. This will be a regular at our house. Thanks for posting!12y
jdramirez ,I used a lot of diff seasonings. Some Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper and a little BBQ seasoning I had lying around. This turned out GREAT!! Will def be making this again!12y
kristypa09 ,I followed the recipe but then I added some additional spices, a lemon in the cavity, and rubbed garlic butter under the skin. I cooked it on low for about 9 hours. It was so tender all the meat came right off the bone! Will definitely make again!12y
janiemic ,I followed the recipe, and was pleased enough to plan on making it again, but next time with more seasoning. But yes it is a "keeper"12y
lynn1775 ,Really tasty & moist chicken, will make again! Made a huge mess trying to get out if the crock pot as it totally fell apart :) Will try with just breast (bone-in & skin-on)next time.12y
mackster66 ,Absolutely wonderful! I did not use the foil balls. I stuffed the cavity with rosemary sprigs, chopped onion and crushed garlic cloves and rubbed the skin with olive oil, poultry seasoning, salt and pepper. The chicken was fantastic and I made gravy with the juice. This is going to be a regular dish in my house from now on.13y
