heffelump08 ,This is a great warm weather salad that is easy to make and delicious. I used a marinated kalamata olive medley as well as fresh cucumber, basil and peppers from our garden. (I only used 1/2 of a green and 1/2 of a yellow as we aren't huge fans of an overwhelming bell pepper taste). We also used mozzarella pearls which were easy to fold in. Once the salad was chilled and ready to serve, I added a little fresh grated parmesan cheese for added flavor. Amazing!12y
