Fresh berry crunch that provides a light fruit season delight!
"I used a can of blueberry pie filling, since I didn't have any fresh berries, so not sure about any difference in taste. I also added a tablespoon of cool whip to top of individual servings. Blueberry Crunch Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spread pineapple in a lightly buttered 13x9-inch baking dish. sprinkle with cake mix, then blueberries and sugar. Drizzle with melted butter and top with pecans. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly.
Notes
Nice blend of summer flavors! One caution: This is unexplainably rich!!! Try small servings at first. Excellent dish, though.
