6 slicesbread; crusts removed
6 slicesbacon; chopped
1 mediumOnion; chopped
1 cupcheddar cheese; grated
6 Eggs
2 cupsmilk
salt & pepper; to taste
1 tablespoonmayonnaise; optional
1 teaspoonworcestershire sauce; optional

Easy Mini Quiches Preparation

Spray a 12 cup muffin tin with oil then after removing crusts from bread, cube into small pieces and place into the bases of muffin tin.Fry the bacon and onion and let cool while beating the eggs and milk with salt and pepper to taste and the mayonnaise and worcestershire sauce if using. Place the fried bacon and onion on top of the bread then ladle in the beaten eggs.Place grated cheese on top and bake in a 180 degree oven for about 25 minutes until golden and set.
