rjhalvor ,Oh so very good. My family LOVED it! I found that it make 4 very large servings or seconds for everyone. You could actually cut the recipe in half if you are using it as a course of a meal or serving sandwiches for lunch. Anyway, it is in my favorites folder for good. Thank you13y

calgawi ,quick and easy tastes great however there is no mention no how to season it and with what quantities of salt and pepper. also wouldve preferred weights and quantities in metric rather than cups and oz's etc13y

jsteinkamp ,I added garlic and onions while I was cooked the mushrooms and a tablespoon of soy sauce to finish it off. (the soy sauce really makes a difference!!!)14y
lesrose ,I made this soup but added some seasoning to it and then but it over my meatloaf and it was soooo good. Next time I am going to add onions and garlic when using it on the meatloaf. I did not use the sherry but it was great just the way I made it and I plan to use this recipe to build on for other recipes.14y
charlenemartel ,This was a wonderfully quick and easy supper idea. I did this with a mix of mushroom types and added the sherry. It was so delicious that hubby ate 3 bowls of the stuff.14y
promfh ,Nonstickron was right. The quantity of broth was a typo. I have corrected it to 3 cans (13 ounces each). Thanks for catching that error.15y
nonstickron ,313 ounces is 10 quarts... 10 quarts of chicken stock with only 1 lb of mushrooms & 4 tblspns of flour? That can't be right. I tried making this but almost ruined it by adding too much chicken stock. Luckily I realized that the measurements were retarded and adjusted accordingly. I'd rate this recipe 5 stars if it was accurate since what I ended up with was delicious. Its getting three instead until it's fixed. Also, the photo doesn't show parsley but pictures green onions instead.15y
