Breakfast Bread. This is a delicious bread which can be used for breakfast or snacks. I'm also considering baking it as muffins the next time.

mlcooks33 ,Good stuff!! I tweeked the recipe a bit by using fresh strawberries, adding a cup of blueberries and toasting the pecans. I also baked them in cupcake papers for about 30 minutes. Enjoyed by all, especially the Farmer's Market guy who gave me the fruit!13y

peacelovesurf ,This recipe was GREAT! It was my first time ever making any sort of bread. It was easy and I had fun! I used fresh strawberries instead of frozen and it was delicious. Next time I am going to try wheat flour,. I'll let you know how it turns out. Keep up the good recipes :)14y
