Very easy to make and this will fill the big eater in your family
I use a food processer to chop the onion and apple finely. Saute onion in butter until soft. combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into a loaf. Place in casserole. ( with a raised drip tray if possible, to keep grease away from meatloaf.) Bake uncovered for 1 hours at 350. Remove from oven and let rest 15 min before serving. This recipe will serve 6 to 8 people with leftovers for sandwiches tomorrow.
