Ready in 2 hours
Very easy to make and this will fill the big eater in your family
I use a food processer to chop the onion and apple finely. Saute onion in butter until soft. combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Form into a loaf. Place in casserole. ( with a raised drip tray if possible, to keep grease away from meatloaf.) Bake uncovered for 1 hours at 350. Remove from oven and let rest 15 min before serving. This recipe will serve 6 to 8 people with leftovers for sandwiches tomorrow.
janelaurent 4y agoThis was easy to prepare and very tasty indeed. Would be simple to tweak to suit one's personal tastes. I shall definitely make this again.
admonsta 4y agoExcellent recipe. Thanks. I added some grated carrot for extra veggies. The kids love it. I'm thinking of adding a glaze to it as well.

mishmak 9y agoThis was my first ever meatloaf, we aren't to keen on the look of them in Australia, but it had such a good rating and I had both meats in the freezer. My kids, (fussy1 and fussy2) loved it, my canadian husband wanted it on the menu each week please. This is the biggest winner in our house so far. Thanks.
