| 1 825-gram cancrushed pineapple; and the juice |
| 1 cupApricots; Dried and Chopped |
| 3 Eggs |
| 1/8 cupPoppy Seeds |
| 3/4 cupVegetable oil |
| 4 cupSelf Rising Flour |
| 2 teaspoonCinnamon |
| 1 cupBrown sugar |
| 3 largeRipe Bananas |
Jan'spineapple and Banana Cake Preparation
Put oil, eggs and mushed banana in a jug and mix well.
Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix.
Add wet ingredients slowly and mix.
Place into line cake tins.
Cook in a mod oven 1 1/2 or until cooked, or until a a skewer inserted comes out clean.
You can sprinle the top with brown suga
As this makes two cakes I freeze one for later use
Notes
If cooknig as a muffin mix cook for 20 minutes or until a a skewer inserted comes out clean.
