Great grilled salmon with a nice maple and ginger taste.

"This was super yummy! I like a little more "kick" so I added 1 tsp of crushed red peppers to the sauce. OMG gooooood! I served it with roasted sweet and spicy brussels sprouts. This is a favorite now for sure. " - Sugarpie76

Place salmon fillets on the broiler pan and season with salt and pepper. Broil in a preheated broiler about 4 in. from heat surce for 4 minutes. Remove from broiler, bursh with sauce and broil again until the salmon flakes easily, aout 6 mor minutes.

The general rule of thumb for cooking fish is 10 minutes per inch.

Notes

Great tasting fish. I didn't have ginger root so used powdered ginger and cut the amount in half. I'll definitely be making this one again.

Very good, thumbs up! I left the ginger in the sauce instead of straining it (I love ginger).

5 stars for ease and flavor. Saute shrimp in the leftover sauce with butter and garlic while salmon cooked. Liked as is. Will make again. Thanks!
