3 cupscranberries; shredded
1 cuptart apple; shredded
1 cuporange; fresh peeled
1 cuppineapple; crushed unsweetened
1 cupApple juice
2 tablespoonNutrasweet; to taste

Grandpa Stub's Cranberry Relish Preparation

Run cranberries (frozen or fresh) through salad shooter. Follow with apple. Dice flesh of orange fairly finely. Mix ingredients together and sweeten to taste with Nutrasweet. Stub's card says about 6 packets.

Stub invented this recipe to accomodate Grandma Velma who developed diabetes and had to regulate her sugar intake.
