The taste of chocolate offsets the lime exquisitely!

"Great cookie that was chewy but retained a crunchy edge. I used a little less than 1/4 cup lime juice because of the other reviews, and they had a perfectly normal consistency. They didn't taste very limey to me though. I wish I had added a little extra zest to maybe make up for less juice. " - Chapstick

Used green melting chocolate. Delish and made them a fun color. Already planning to make for Easter.

Loved these cookies! Just enough lime - I could even use a bit more!

These cookies are great and very refreshing. I used fresh squeezed lim and next time I think I will cut the amount if juice back just a tad but other than that they are great!

Mmm yum! I had to add a little mire flour and refrigerate for a half an hour but they were good

I loved these!!!!! They turned out a little more runny than I think is normal but that was probably because I hand-squeezed the lime after zesting it because I don't like to waste things. Absolutely worth making it though!

I would make it again, but it didn't impress me. it impressed all of my family, but to me, they came out bad. the cookie was very chewy and the cookie completely melted in the oven so it was completely flat. it was like you were eating paper, thats how flat it was. the taste was ok for people who like very limey, but i was disappointed.

These cookies were awsome! There is just enough lime taste to blend perfectly with the white chips. Everybody loved them. I'll be making them again next week, I might add coconut!
