This can be made with ground beef and turkey, or all of any meat. Ground turkey brings in a sweet flavor. This recipe can change buy whats in the kitchen, the secret is in the spices, not the hot peppers! Lots of ingediants, but fast to make!!
Tastes better the next day, and can be frozen in lunch size bowls.
I use one big stew pot to make this meal! 1st start browning your meats and add the 1st 4 spices to the meat when half way browned. Finish browning, but not long, it will cook in the pot. Drain and set aside.
Sauté your onions, green pepper, mushrooms and carrots in 2 tbs olive oil, in pot. When done, put the meat back in and stir.
Dump everything else in, stir and bring to a boil. Turn down to simmer, put lid on a little a-jar and cook for 2 hours or so. Top each serving with shredded cheese.
