vwbug405 , 1 years agoMade a great waffle. Light and crispy. I used melted butter in place of the canola oil. Great flavor. Even without the addition of sugar it was not to sweet but not bland either. Give these a try.

LindenTree , 1 years agoI have been using this recipe for over 30 years. I love it, it takes time to separate eggs And beat the egg whites, but it's totally worth it. You get waffles that are crisp on the outside, light and fluffy on the inside.

xinto_3 , 1 years agoThey're not bad but I could really taste the oil in these. Maybe use butter instead? Nice color and texture. Added vanilla. They were also a bit bland, maybe sugar?
