An easy and wonderful tasting recipe that your whole family or just a few friends can enjoy!
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Wash Chicken and place in a pan. Take Fresh Basil (lots of it) and let it soak in olive oil. (Enough Oil to flavor it). Take chopped garlic and basil leaves(soaked in the olive oil) and place under the skin of the chicken. Then bake chicken for about 45 minutes, Basting Chicken about every 15 minutes. (this isn't necessary but it makes the chicken more
moist and delicious!
