Ready in 45 minutes
Baked ziti is comprised of three components; sauce, filling and cooked pasta. These are assembled after being prepared, then baked before serving. The final result is reminiscent of lasagna, but much easier and faster to prepare. It's sure to become your family's favorite!
"Does freeze & reheat well. I followed these instructions I found online- place ziti in freezer for 30 min so easier to handle then wrap individual servings in plastic wrap then place in freezer bag. When reheating take out individual ppeice remove plastic wrap place in micro on defrost setting breaking up as needed- once thawed reheat. Just as good as when made!"- Momof2too

china__dolly91 1 month agoWe loved this baked ziti! Boyfriend said he should be able to give it 6 stars, and from him that's something because he's a picky eater! Definitely making this again, next time maybe with my own twist in it!

Brokk66 3 months agoI used half of what the recipe called for and it was more than enough for 5 people. I added fresh basil and oregano, and it turned out great. I didn't 'layer' the ingredients, I just mixed the whole thing together and added a light layer of Parmesan to the top before baking.

Cjudge 5 months agoNew fave of my family. Cut cleanly, not sloppy at all. Yum. I used extra sauce... I'll use a little more next time. So darn good. Leftovers tomorrow. Oh. P.S. I cut recipe in half and it was still huge for my 7 member family. Served with roasted veggies and potatoes.

ifeyu 7 months agoI sautéed an onion, garlic and red bell pepper with the ground beef. I also added garlic powder and black pepper for more flavor. Also I didn't use all of the ziti. After all that it was flavorful and delicious. It was my first baked ziti and everyone loved it
Clinda 7 months agoThis was very good and easy to prepare. Very filling and goes well with garlic bread and salad. I cut the recipe in half and still have lots of leftovers. I made it for my boyfriend and family and they loved it and cleaned their plates.
