Spicy Garlic Rosemary Shrimp & Pasta

Ingredients

Are you making this? 
0.5 pound pasta of your choice
1 pound shrimp; deveined and peeled
1 tablespoon garlic infused olive oil (or regular olive oil)
1 Olive oil cooking spray
2 cloves Garlic; minced
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary; minced
0.5 tsp red pepper flakes or to taste (1 tsp is fairly spi
1 Salt and pepper to taste
1 small lemon; cut in half

Preparation

Boil pasta per package directions to al dente. While it is cooking, prepare shrimp.

Heat a large skillet over moderate heat, then add olive oil and garlic and cook briefly, until golden. Add shrimp, then sprinkle with rosemary and pepper flakes. Cook, stirring, until just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

When pasta is ready, drain and immediately spray lightly but evenly with olive oil cooking spray, tossing to coat. Portion into dishes and top with shrimp. Squeeze lemon juice over top and serve.

The combo of garlic, rosemary, and lemon was very good. I also added shallots. Instead of pasta I served it over spaghetti squash.

I made it tonight. It was good, but to dry. A suggestive sauce would be good!

Just made this for dinner. It was very good. I drizzled some olive oil that I had infused with hot peppers over the hot pasta before adding the shrimp. My husband really enjoyed this. I also used whole wheat pasta. Will make again

This recipe was very good and filling. I used wheat noodles and instead of just sprinkling the rosemary on it I actually cooked it with the garlic before I put the shrimp in. Also I put half the lemon juice on the shrimp in the pan and half on the noodles
