kmcooper ,This works great. Except don't shake the eggs too hard, like I did. What a mess. Use the handle of a butcher knife to crack them all over while they are still very hot.12y
jujufroggiebaby ,Finally I know how to peel hard boiled eggs! Just a little note.... Don't shake the eggs too hard. My husband thought he would give them a shake and I wound up with broken up eggs with shells. We laughed so hard:-) Thanks for posting.12y
chef4him ,Sound good but 15 minutes is wayy too long. They only need about 6-8 minutes, any longer than that the yolk will turn green on the outside.12y
gentryriggen ,i didnt shake them to break the shells but they did come right off the egg!13y
mermaiden ,I never actually let the eggs come to temperature before cooking, just put them in the pan with the water and let it all heat up together. This method NEVER fails me! It is awesome to be able to peel the peeling off the egg in 1 solid piece, EVERY time! Just be sure to break them good *before* they cool by bouncing them a couple times. Then you can cool them down to peel.13y
