A great way to serve cube steaks.
Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 13×9-inch pan with cooking spray. In shallow dish, mix Bisquick mix and pepper. Into another shallow dish, pour the ranch dressing. Coat cube steaks with dressing, then coat with Bisquick mixture, pressing so coating sticks to steaks. Place in pan. Drizzle with butter. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes (cut into thickest steak to ensure it is done to your liking).
