Chicken Bow Tie Pasta
Delectable served cold or hot. Perfect for gatherings or leftovers from the fridge. Pasta with sundried tomatoes, olive oil and hint of spice.

|4 boneless chicken breasts; grilled & diced in bite size pieces/or slices|
|1 12-oz boxbow-tie pasta; cooked according to box directions|
|1 jarsundried tomatoes; in oil, sliced|
|1 jarsundried tomatoe pesto|
|1/2 cupChicken broth|
|1/2 cupOlive oil|
|1 clovegarlic; minced|
|1/2 tspred pepper flakes|
|1 cupparmesan cheese; shredded|
|1 Salt and pepper; to taste|
Chicken Bow Tie Pasta Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large bowl (one that has a lid preferred), stir to combine. Place a lid on the bowl and flip once. Place in fridge, removing and flipping to combine ingredients about every 1/2 hour. Best if made a couple hours or even the day before serving.
Serve cold or warm.
