| 4 boneless chicken breasts; grilled & diced in bite size pieces/or slices |
| 1 12-oz boxbow-tie pasta; cooked according to box directions |
| 1 jarsundried tomatoes; in oil, sliced |
| 1 jarsundried tomatoe pesto |
| 1/2 cupChicken broth |
| 1/2 cupOlive oil |
| 1 clovegarlic; minced |
| 1/2 tspred pepper flakes |
| 1 cupparmesan cheese; shredded |
| 1 Salt and pepper; to taste |
Chicken Bow Tie Pasta Preparation
Combine all ingredients in large bowl (one that has a lid preferred), stir to combine. Place a lid on the bowl and flip once. Place in fridge, removing and flipping to combine ingredients about every 1/2 hour. Best if made a couple hours or even the day before serving.
Serve cold or warm.
