Dressing:
In a medium bowl, whisk together the Mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper until well mixed and texture is very creamy. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed. Pour over the chopped cabbage and stir to mix well. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or ready to serve. Mix well before serving.
This will keep for about two days refrigerated.
