This is so good and it's a great way to use up leftover french bread from the night before.
Slice french bread straight down in 1/2 inch chunks. Mix spices together and add milk. Beat eggs and add to mixture. Add a bit more milk at this time if you would like. Mix well. Heat skillet with olive oil on medium heat. Dip french bread into mixture and then place onto skillet. Brown on both sides a couple of minutes or until golden. Serve hot.
