Pork Chops- Ancho Chile and Raspberry Glaze Preparation
combine first 3 ingredients after pork together and rub over pork chops
heat large nonstick skillet over med heat, coat with cooking spray
add pork to pan, cook 3 min on each side or until desired degree of doneness
add broth to pan, cook for 30 seconds, scraping bits
increase heat to med-high
add preserves and cook 1 min or until slightly thick, stirring constantly
serve with couscous and veggie
