Saute garlic and onions in oil. Brown meat in onions (cook slow); break up whole tomatoes, and juice add tomato sauce+ 1 can of water per can, tomato paste + water per can, add spices. Cook on low for 2 hours. The last 10 minutes add cheese mushrooms and Lawry''s Spaghetti mix.
