Want something better than just your ordinary meatloaf? You have found it!
Preheat oven to 350. In a medium bowl mix Beef, Rotel, egg and bread crumbs thoroughly. Place meat mixture into your loaf pan and form into the pan. Top with ketchup. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
Serve with mashed potatoes, green beans or stuffing and dinner rolls.
Use Bread crumbs as needed, just make sure your meat isn't too dry or too moist to ensure a good bake. This can be made ahead of time and put in the fridge until you're ready to cook.
