I never knew how to do rice until recently. Mine always was sticking... Here is best simple white rice.
1. In a non stick Pan , put the oil and the onion to sweat.
2. When the onion start to caramelize, add the rice and water, and salt. Stir one time good.
3. MINIMUM FLAME, cover the rice and let it exactly 20 minutes. Do not open the cover at all.
4. When time is up, with a fork just push it around.
