Suggest a better descriptionCombine flour, salt and pepper, coat meat and brown in a nonstick skillet with olive oil. Remove from heat and place meat in slow cooker.
Place garlic and onion in skillet and saute until garlic becomes fragrant, about 5 minutes.
Combine red wine with Worcestershire sauce and deglaze the pan. Add all juices to slow cooker.
Stir in McCormick's Beef Stew Seasoning, bay leaves, paprika and beef broth; add potatoes, carrots, and celery.
Cover, and cook on Low setting for 10 to 12 hours, or on High setting for 4 to 6 hours.
Serve stew accompanied by slices of fresh, crusty bread.
