Combine all ingredients except for soup and water to make the meatballs. Beat the egg first and mix ingredients well before shaping into balls. Roll bite sized meatballs and place in a 13 by 9 inch baking dish.
Blend soup and water together and pour over meatballs.
Bake the dish at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meatballs are brown. Then cover with foil and bake an additional 1.5 hours.
