Mum's spaghetti bol
Pour oil into a pan and heat slightly. Add garlic and oregano, then add onion and fry until clear.
Add mince and cook until browned and falling to bits. If needed, use bamix to break it apart. Add grated carrot, tomatoes and let bind.
Add tomato soup and boil. Add stock cube, stir, and add red wine.
Let simmer for 5 hours. Salt and pepper to taste. And maybe vegemite.
