Rocket Grill Sandwich Recipe
1. Melt butter in large nonstick skillet. Add apple slices; sprinkle with cinnamon. Cook and stir over medium heat 5 minutes or until golden and tender. Remove from skillet; set aside.
2. Preheat Rocket? Grill for 5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, spread 2 teaspoons apple jelly each on 2 bread slices; top with 1 cheese slice. Arrange one half of apple slices over each cheese slice. Top with remaining 2 bread slices.
4. Place sandwiches side-by-side in Parchment Pouch. Insert Parchment Pouch into Rocket? Grill. Select "Fresh/Precooked Frozen" on the indicator. Set timer for 2 to 3 minutes and heat until cheese melts and sandwiches are golden brown.
