Approximately 210 calories per 1 cup serving
1. Cook chicken in skillet coated with non-stick cooking spray until browned.
2. Reapply cooking spray and saute onions for 6 minutes.
3. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes.
4. Stir in cumin, oregano, and coriander and saute for 1 minute.
5. Stir in chicken and chiles, reduce heat to low, partially cover and cook for 10 minutes.
6. Add water, bouillon, and beans and bring to simmer.
7. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes and stir in hot sauce.
8. Ladle into bowls and add cilantro and onions to top.
