•Preheat oven to 325° F.
•Peel and slice apples.
•Place in (2) 8x8 pans, or (1) 9X13 pan and sprinkle with lemon juice and water.
•Combine dry ingredients in a bowl and then top with melted butter.
•Mix until crumbly.
•Sprinkle crumbly mix over apples.
•Bake for 40-45 minutes or until apples are tender.
