assemble ahead and freeze
Combine all but broccoli and scallions in large zipper freezer baggie. Combine broccoli and scallions in smaller freezer bag. Place both bags in one large bag and freeze.
When ready to prepare, thaw all in fridge. Empty chicken bag into baking dish and cook at 350 for 15 minutes. Remove dish from oven, stir in vegetables and return to oven. Cook for another 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through and sauce is bubbling. (For faster cooking, cut chicken breasts into strips before freezing.)
