In small bowl, combine the first eight ingredents. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable bag, add pork, seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 8 hours or over nihgt. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade.
FOR TENDERLOIN
Place tenderloins in a shallow roasting pan. Bake @450? for 20-25 minutes or until meat thermometer reads 160? basting occasionally with reserved marinade. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
FOR CHOPS
Place on preheated grill and grill for 5-6 minutes per side bastin occasionally with reserved marinade. Remove from grill and cover with foil for 5 minutes before serving.
