Stuff with mixture, secure with toothpicks
Place in freezer bag
SERVING DAY:
Heat olive oil in skillet over medium heat and cook chicken 4 minutes per side or until brown on both sides
Reduce heat to med-low and cover and cook until chicken is cooked thru
Remove and keep warm
Add chicken broth, stir in corn starch, scrapping bits from pan
Cook 3 minutes until sause is thickened
Serve sauce over chicken
