Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 350.
Wrap the scrubbed sweet potatoes in foil, twist ends.
Bake for about 1 hour and 10 minutes (according to the size of potatoes).
Press with a dish towel to see if it is done. They will be soft to touch. Take foil off.
Slit top of each sweet potato and press ends to open potato, add butter.
Sprinkle tops of them with the pumpkin pie spice. The spice adds a little extra flavor to it.
