Yummy way to use up those extra bananas!
I like to make my batter in the blender, then you just pour it out onto the griddle.
Add all liquid ingredients and bananas (mashed or whole) to blender and blend until mostly smooth.
Add dry indredients a bit at a time while blender is blending (if your blender lets you), this keeps you from getting a bunch of flour glopped up on the sides of the blender.
Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium high heat. Pour or scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Cook until pancakes are golden brown on both sides; serve hot.
