1. Heat broiler.
2. Put the cherry tomatoes onto baking sheet.
3. Drizzle over some EVOO, and season with salt and pepper.
4. Broil until the tomatoes burst (around 4-5 min.)
5. Remove from the oven and allow them to cool.
6. In a large bowl add about 1/4 cup EVOO, juice of 2 limes, onion, chili, chopped cilantro, cheese, and tomatoes.
7. Mix carefully to avoid breaking up the tomatoes too much.
8. Taste and adjust with salt and pepper. Set aside.
9. Heat the grill to medium.
10. Rub the meat with olive oil and season it generously with salt and pepper.
11. Grill the tenderloin, browning it on all sides, until medium rare. (around 15-20min)
12. Remove the meat to a cutting board, cover it with aluminum foil and allow to rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
13. Slice meat thin. Place on platter, spoon on the cheesy tomato dressing. Garnish with drizzle of olive oil and cilantro leaves.
