cook sausage in pan until browned. Drain fat if any Then return meat to pan. Add maple syrup and Continue cooking 2 minutes longer. Remove promptly from pan and spread into lightly sprayed 9x13 glass pan.
Scramble eggs in medium mixing bowl and all other ingredients other than the potatoes & cheddar cheese.
Cover the sausage lined pan with potatoes & then pour the mixture evenly over the potatoes.
Lastly cover the top of the potatoes with cheddar cheese
Bake in oven at 350 Uncovered for 1 hour
