Suggest a better descriptionAdd 1.5 cups of the almond milk to the buckwheat flour and stir until all mixed together. mix in 1/4 cup apple sauce.
Mix in the additional almond milk and apple sauce as needed until mixture is the texture of pancake mix (you may not need all the applesauce)
Heat some oil in a pan and add the pancake mix. Cover and cook on medium to low heat for 3-4
minutes, then flip and cook on the other side for anothe 2 minutes or so until cooked.
Post-clean, you may add an egg and baking powder.
