Cabbage, Sausage, And Vegetable Soup
Cut up sausage in bit size slices and brown them in 8 quart pan, then start adding onions, carrots, cabbage, stewed tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Potatoes can wait until very last to put in or they cook away. Bring all ingredients to a boil and then simmer for one or two hours. Makes enough soup for 20 people or you can freeze some or give out to your family and friends. I use a little of this spice and a little of that, makes it taste different every time.
