Suggest a better descriptionPop 1/4 cup of popcorn seeds & set aside. Combine 1 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup margarine or butter, 1/3 cup light corn syrup, 1/2 tsp. salt. Heat to a low boil for about 5 min, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon. Remove from heat and add one tsp. vanilla and fold in 1 tsp. baking soda. Drizzle over popcorn & mix well. Before adding Carmel, you can throw in some pretzels, chex, nuts, coconut flakes, or whatever you enjoy. Bake corn in large greased roaster pan at 250 degrees for 20-30 mins. Remove from oven and let cool before eating.
