Preheat 375
Prepare noodles according to pkg
Stir together: cottage cheese, Ricotta cheese, eggs, pesto, 1 CUP mozzzarella cheese
Cook ground beef with onions in large skillet on MED-HI heat (stir often 6-7 min or until meat crumbles and is no longer pink)
drain
Stir in: Pasta sauce
Lightly grease pan (13 x 9 inch)
Layer: 1 cup beef mix, 3 noodles, 2 1/2 cup cottage cheese mixture
Bake covered 40-45 min
Bake Uncovered 20 minutes (until cheese is browned)
let stand 10-15 minutes before serving
