Dragon's Way healing foods
1. Bring the water to a boil in a large pot and add the cauliflower.
2. Cover and steam until the cauliflower is very tender (about 5 minutes). Set aside.
3. Heat the oil in a preheated wok or large, heavy skillet.
4. Add the garlic and celery and cook until the celery begins to turn translucent.
5. Add the fennel and green pepper. Stir occasionally and cook until the green pepper turns a bright shade of green.
6. Add the plum tomatoes and scallions and toss all the vegetables together.
7. While the vegetables are cooking, mash the cauliflower slightly and then return it to the wok or skillet.
8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Serve with chopped parsley on top.
Serving suggestion: Sprinkle a little cinnamon on top just before serving, especially if you have used sesame oil.
