Cheese Fondue

8 ounces Sharp cheddar cheese; shredded
8 ounces Swiss chesse; shredded
2 tablespoons Flour
1 teaspoon Salt, or to taste
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 clove Garlic; minced
1 can Beer
1 dash Tabasco
French bread; cubed

Original recipe makes 8 Servings

I make fondu often for parties and even just for my husband and I. I always switch up the cheese. The key is to use 2+ types. I don't to the Tabasco but might try. Awesome recipe!
