Suggest a better description1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain. 2. Add water, catsup,onion powder, & mustard. Bring to a boil, stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium low; cover with a tight fitting lid. Simmer 8 to 10 minutes, or until macaroni is tender. 3. Add VELVEETA; stir until melted.
