Suggest a better description1- Heat oil in a non-stick pan. Add cinnamon, cardamoms and cloves, sauté till fragrant.
2- Add onions and sauté till we'll-browned.
3- Add ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté for 1/2 min.
4- Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, a little water, mix well and sauté for a minute.
5- Add tomato purée, stir to mix, add half tsp salt and stir again, cook till oil separates.
6- Add chicken pieces, salt, 1 tablespoon coriander, mix well and add garam masala powder, mix well. Cover and cook on medium low heat for 20 mins.
7- Garnish with 1 teaspoon chopped coriander and serve hot.
