Easy elegant meal
Spray skillet with no stick cooking spray or 1/4 T margarine.
Add chicken breasts and cood on med heat until both sides are browned about 6-8 minutes.
Transfer chicken to a 9x 13 baking dish and set aside.
Preheat ovent to 350.
Place onion and garlic in skillet stirring occasionally until onion is translucent about 2 min.
Add mushrooms cook 2 minutes longer and stir in remaining ingredients and cook 1 minute.
Pour vegetable mixture over chicken
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 25 minutes, remove foil and bake 15 minutes longer.
