Tender chicken
Pound chicken to 1/4 inch. Cut each breast in half.
Combine breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese.
Dip chicken into the beaten egg, then into the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat oil in a medium hot skillet. Cook each side for 7 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
