2. Warm 3 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in chicken. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned.
3. Remove chicken to a paper towel.
4. Add chicken broth, milk, and asparagus to the skillet. Season to taste.
5. Cover and steam for about 8 minutes.
6. Return chicken to the skillet with cream cheese, roasted red peppers, and minced garlic. Mix until heated through.
7. Add cooked pasta, remaining olive oil, and 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese.
8. Plate and garnish with remaining parmesan cheese and parsley.
